The law determines that change of designation of land plots in state or municipal ownership shall be carried out by the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, executive bodies or local self-government bodies taking decisions on adoption of land use plans in regard to allocation of land plots and their transfer into ownership or use under the powers determined in article 122 of the Land Code.
